Are they really what is written in the datasheet or the units are supposed to be Mohm?

    Hi,

    Values in datasheet are correct (at kOhms). From this reason is a good idea add buffers before pins used as ADC.

    Additional information about ADC in CC32xx devices you find at this wiki page. This page is for older CC3200 device, but it can be applied to CC3235 as well.
