CC3200: .brd file or Gerber file of SmartPlug v1

Hi all, 

could someone help me find the PCB board design files of CC3200 SmartPlug reference design? I cannot find it on its website (www.ti.com/.../TIDC-CC3200SMARTPLUG). 

On the previous thread, I found the answer that we can request the design files from the local sales due to the safety issue but how can we find the local sales of TI? I am in Silicon Village.
