CC3100: FreeRTOS examples needed

Hello team,

My customer is developing a project based on a CC3100 device + a Cortex M3. This project will run on FreeRTOS. I couldn't find any examples of CC3100 application running on top of FreeRTOS, but i remember seeing this type of application in the past.

Can you provide any example of CC3100 running on FreeRTOS? If it runs on MSP432 it would be even better.

    Hi Raul,

    The mqtt_client example in the CC3100 SDK uses FreeRTOS, so you can take a look at that as a reference for an MCU running with FreeRTOS interacting with the CC3100. However, the MCU used in that example is an MSP430, not an MSP432.

    For the MSP432, we do not have any released examples of it working with the CC3100. However, we do have examples of the MSP432 working with the CC3120, which is an updated version of the CC3100. Those examples do use FreeRTOS, and can be found in the SimpleLink Wi-Fi plugin:
