WL1835MOD: AM65x connection methods other than SDIO

Hi,

My customers want to use AM6528 and WL1835.

Customers want to use eMMC and SD Card on AM6528, so they use up only two AM65x's MMCSD(SDIO). Not enough SDIO, we can't connect WL1835(Wi-Fi) to AM65x.

Is there a way to solve this?

(For example, connect WL1835 to AM65x through QSPI.)

Hi,

Yes, WiLink8 supports SPI over SDIO interface. Although 4-bit SDIO is preferred since it offers better throughput etc.
