Our customer is developing new system using WL1837 and AM3352 by WiLink8.

Time Synchronization Over WIFI as new feature of WiLink8 can support accurate time synchronization (20us) or less among each devices via API.

Is this correct ?

Hi ,

Yes, wilink8 supports time sync. You will need to connect IO b/w host and wilink8 . For more details pls refer to https://www.ti.com/lit/an/swaa162a/swaa162a.pdf

Hi Saurabh,

I've got am335X GP EVM, WL1837MOD and has installed the latest SDK 06.03.00.106. However according to this post the time sync function is no longer enabled in the current release by default. Though swaa162a mentioned the feature is fully supported from WL8 R8.6, this is not the case for the current SDK release. May I know what would be the easiest way to setup an environment for this time sync function to work at this point? Thanks!
