BOOSTXL-CC3135: How to use STM32 to develop BOOSTXL-CC3135?

Part Number: BOOSTXL-CC3135
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC3135, CC3120, CC3100

Hi E2E,

I want to develop BOOSTXL-CC3135 using STM32 platform as a host. Is there any SDK you can suggest for me? Thanks a lot.

Best regards,

Siemin

  • Hi Siemin,

STM32 device are not directly supported devices by TI for CC3135 WiFi. You will need to port host driver for you STM32 device by yourself.

Host driver is available at WiFi plug-in. Porting of host driver is described at SWRU455 chapter 19.

  • Hi Siemin,

I am not aware about any related document to poring CC3120/CC3135 to STM32 devices.

At e2e forum you may to to find some other threads related to porting CC3120/CC3135 to other host MCUs. As a inspiration you can use CC3100 SDK where is ported driver to STM32F4. This driver is not compatible with CC3135 but can be a base for your porting effort.
