Hi Guido,
This information is available in the devices datasheet.

Hi,
The datasheet specifies many requirements (section 5.4) for this signal, however not the jitter spec. Only accuracy.
Can you be more specific where to find this in the datasheet?
Regards,
Guido
Hi Guido,
What jitter are you expecting on the signal? your 32KHz should be a square wave, with no jitter. If there is jitter, then that would then effect the accuracy of frequency and then needs to fall under the PPM requirement.

Vince
Hi,
Peak to peak jitter, or RMS jitter requirement's. This is usually a separate parameter for clock inputs.
Guido
Hi Guido,
This isn't specced, so please follow the PPM and other requirements.
