CC3220SF: Use XDS110 Debug Probe flash program to custom board(CC3220SF) failed

HI team:

I try to use XDS110 DEBUG PROBE flash program, but it always failed(timeout reading data).

The following is I have tried.

1.use XDS110 DEBUG PROBE flash program to custom board(CC3220SF) ->  failed

2.use XDS110 DEBUG PROBE flash program to CC3220SF Launch board  -> failed

3.use CC3220SF's onboard XDS110 flash program to custom board(CC3220SF) -> success

Is there any setting I need to do for use external XDS110 DEBUG PROBE? Or this debug probe is not compatibal to CC3220SF?
