CC2538 UART baud rate

I'm using the UART in CC2538. I am currently working with a baud rate of 115200. However, my application requires a faster data transfer. Could someone suggest a way to achieve a higher baud rate?

Also, could some one tell me how to access the registers that control the UART?

(I'm using Z-stack home, sample temperature sensor)
