How to interface SPI in cc2530.

The LCD driver of Z-Stack uses SPI so you can refer to it.

anyone please attach code for spi communication.

You can find the following SPI driver in hal_board_cfg.h. It use P1.1 as CS, P1.5 as SCL, P1.6 as MOSI, and P1.7 as MISO.

how to transmit and receive data?
please also attach send and receive function.

why P1_ 3 is used here?

It's for SPI CS.

then what is the use of P1_1 ?

You can remove P1_1 since it uses for LCD reset pin and I suppose you don't use it.

Does HAL have the SPI functions to do it? Should I add something in the Preprocess of Compiler options?

There is no HAL for SPI function. However, you can refer to SPI driver example XNV_SPI_XXXX in hal_board_cfg.h.
