Could I know what the max range of zigbee for the CC2652 with output power 5dbm in open area?

Try to use RF-RANGE-ESTIMATOR to estimate the distance.

YK has the best suggestion, also remember that the CC1352P can output 20 dBm with use of the integrated PA if you need more range. Zigbee protocol was also designed for multi-hop situations if you're able to put a router or two in between your end targets.

We will use the RF tool to estimate it and we will realistically test the range of zigbee as well.

Could I know whether it can reach the 60m?

It’s no problem to use CC1352P to reach 60 meters in line of sight test.

Yes, I know about CC2530. If you use TI CC2530DK, it can reach 60 meter in line-of-sight test.
