CC2652R: No able to connect more than 5 routers

What do you mean “i am not able to connect more than 5 routers at at a time to coordinator?” Do you mean to turn on all routers to join network at the same time?

yes. i am opening the coordinator network and each router is try to connect one after other

Do you join one router and make sure it joins first and then try to join others one by one in the same way?

yes. one after other i am doing

Do you use sniffer to check why device cannot join?

yes. it's showing routers are connected to Coordinator. i am able to connect 5 routers one after other. but 6th not able to connect even if coordinator is network open state . i am using basic example. i have done only one change in the code "DNWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES=32". i

Are you making a bind to each router through the F&B process? Is behavior similar if you use a smaller value for NWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES and have you cleaned, re-built, and debugged your ZC project to make sure that gNWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES is the new value?

NWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES defines the size of binding table.

NWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES is the maximum number of binding entries allowed in your binding table, the macro is DNWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES from f8wconfig.opts but it also redefined as gNWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES in nwk_globals.c. I'm asking for you to debug your project and verify that NWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES is causing the issue, we are also still waiting for a sniffer log.

Your link statuses show a lot of 0 outgoing costs, which infer no connection between routing devices. Most concerning of these is between 0x109C and the 0x0000, which is the only route option between all ZRs and the ZC. This is why there are so many missing Door Lock Report Attributes and MTO Route Failures. Please make sure that all nodes are within a reasonable distance from one another when running your tests.

thanks for reply. i am keeping all routers with in 2 meters range only. 

please suggest me, what are changes need to do in zc doorlock_controller and zr doorlock example to connect more routers in the network. 

and share me any document about router and coordinator communication  

Are you using LAUNCHXL-CC26x2R1 devices or a custom PCB?
