Thanks for the past response.

I can't update to to Z-Stack 3.0.2 right now, and I need a solution to fix it.

I checked  the Wiki and nwk_globals.h and try some changes in the code accordingly.

Didn't solved the  joining issue.

Is there any workaround or any idea where is the problem? where to check in the code?

Thank for your response.

I'm still facing the problem after reading and implementing all the known issue and fixed bugs.

I'm trying to debug the coordinator and figure out where is the problem:

I set a break point int the "ZDO_UPDATE_DEVICE_IND" case in ZDApp_ProcessSecMsg :

When device sends "Update Device" command directly to the coordinator, I succeed to stop in the break point and the device Join the network,

When device send "Update Device" command through router, the message doesn't get in the ZDApp_ProcessSecMsg and not stop in the break point.

From your knowledge and experience:

Where to set the break point, to figure out why the coordinator not process the "Update Device" command from the router (the coordinator sends ACK).

Is it concern to the coordinator only, or there is something in the router also? 

Did you face that issue before?

Hi Ryan,

There is a Leave Request to the ZR before. 

After that Leave Request the ZR not able to join the network trough another ZR, but it can join directly to the coordinator.

There are changes in my project according to the "Breaking the 400-Node ZigBee® Network Barrier" recommendation.
