I'm trying to find the documentation for MT_ZDO_TC_DEV_IND. I am interested in knowing about when this is triggered by the ZNP.
I don't see this MT_ZDO_TC_DEV_IND in any document or source code? Where do you see this MT_ZDO_TC_DEV_IND?

Try to refer to Hector’s replies in
This response indication message is sent from Z-Stack whenever the Trust Center (ZNP in a collector role) allows a device to join the network. MT_ZDO_CB_FUNC must be defined (set by default) for the corresponding function to be triggered.
