Part Number: CC2538
Hi I have a board with TI CC2538. Current we have designed a IEEE802.15.4 compilant chip which is able to talk through 2.1-2.6GHz frequency range. When we trying to send frame under those frequency in the range, CC2538, which was configured on only listen on one of the IEEE802.15.4 channe, is able to receive some frames on other frequency with 20MHz -150MHz offset. Though, the RSSI of frames received on unexpected frequency is lower than the frames received on the right frequency.
Could someone explain what could cause this? Thanks!

Could you please describe your test method?
Would it be possible for you to test the boards in Transmit CW-Unmodulated mode by using SmartRF Studio and measure the Tx frequency on both boards?
You may need to set the Spectrum Analyzer Span to 10KHz for better frequency accuracy.
