CC2538: ZC(CC2538) has battery ZED(CC2652) a few questions

2.&3. Can you attach your sniffer log instead of screenshots?

Ok, my own custom board.

But I had another question

the ZC had leave command to ZED,why the ZED had no response this command.

ZED had  been aged out from coordinator.

Why ZC had not delete it.

Yes, that's what I suspect. If you have TI LaunchPad, you can try to use LaunchPad to test and check if you can see the same issue.

I had run a clean zew example on my board CC2538 as a ZED,only call the pair API, had a log as follows.

also had the same phenomenon:had so many times end device timeout Response;

                                                     had so many times Data Request;

                                                     had so many times tranpost key.

If you use custom CC2538, I would also suggest you to do RF performance test with SmartRF Studio first.

Since ZED joins ZC, I see no problem that ZC send parent announce message even you turn off ZED.

But I check my source code,the API ZDP_MgmtLeaveReq(&destAddr_delete, ieeaddress_Delete_End_device, TRUE, FALSE, FALSE);

The SWRA615 page 1 this has said:MAC data polls are sent from a child end device to reset the parent's aging counter. But once the timeout value is exceeded and the child is aged out, the parent will send the device a Leave Request with the rejoin attribute set so that the device may be allowed to rejoin the network through a new parent device.

So the battary ZED device can rejoin successfully about this Specification.

But it aged out of the ZC, ZC can delete it successfully?

The Parent Announce message is now mandatory on all routing devices (router and coordinator) and is used to notify other routing devices in a network of which child devices are known to it. The message is broadcast to 0xFFFC if a routing device previously in the network was rebooted and successfully rejoins the network. It is sent 10 to 20 seconds after this device rejoins the network

But my zigbee network has no router, So it should not appear this Parent Announce,right?

The ZC will remove the ZED from its association table but will allow the ZED to rejoin when it becomes available again.  The ZC is a routing device and will include its children in its own Parent Announce message which is broadcast regardless of whether there are other routing devices in the network or not.

How the ZC delete the ZED when the ZED aged out of ZC,let another ZED join?

or another statement[zigbee network had a ZC,ZR,ZED,How the parent device delete the child device]

You can view ZDApp_LeaveUpdate to understand how the local device is updated relating to the device leaving the network.

I had found ZDO_LeaveInd( NLME_LeaveInd_t* ind ) and ZDO_LeaveCnf( NLME_LeaveCnf_t* cnf ) callback API[ZDApp_LeaveUpdate].

So If I want to delete the offline device or the device[ZED aged out of ZC].I should manually delete callback API[ZDApp_LeaveUpdate],

This  zigbee environment conditions is:ZC had full of ZED[contain battary device].and a new ZED want to join the ZC.

When you remove a device from association list, do you check association list and make sure it is removed?

I had delete the offline ZED 

source code:

If you delete a device from association list and device send a message to this parent node, it's normal to see parent sends leave request to this node and the node could do rejoin since the node isn't in the association list.

So what can I delete the offline device from the Association Table. 

Because:If there are multiple child nodes, frequent replacement of the parent node will

               The AssociatedDevList table is full or overflowed, so that other child nodes cannot join the parent node, so it needs to be deleted in time
               In addition to some records of children who have left.
