Hi TI,
I need to develop a transceiver Zigbee <-> UART. Has Z-Stack a cluster for command interchange ?
Thank you very much for anything suggestion.

Hi,
Can you elaborate what you mean by "command interchange" and "Zigbee <-> UART"?
You can use ZNP firmware. This provides a serial interface in which the host and ZNP can exchange commands.

Hi Toby, Sincerely, Thank yuo very much for your answer,
I need a end device, not ZNP. Could you please check the picture? I did the picture for shouhou the system that i need. I need just to develop the
Transeiver Zigbee <-> UART, But I don't know if there are a cluster for data stream interchange (AT commands) or I need a propietary cluster.
Could you please suggest me the better way of develop a data stream interchange in zigbee?
Thankyou very much. Kinds Regards.
For Zigbee <-> UART in your application, you still can enable and use ZNP/MT command.
Hi all,
sincerely, thank you very much for the answers, but please, I am not clear yet.
ZNP uses a standard MT commands interface. I need to transmit a custom AT commands interface. Then I think that ZNP can't help me. Am I wrong?
In my picture (above) I need to transmit a byte stream (ex: 0x12 0xA3 ...) from PC and to receive this data stream in a zigbee cluster, and after that to send it via UART; and the same in reverse sense.
Are there a cluster for interchange of bytes stream?
If the best option for the transeiver (zigbee-uart) is to use custom ZNP, are there an academy or documentation about ZNP?
If the best option for the transeiver (zifbee-uart) is to use custom ZNP, do I need the cluster anyway?
Thank you very much.
TI doesn’t provide AT command for Z-Stack. If you insist using AT command format, you might need to implement it by yourself
Hi Yaki Chen,
Sincerely Thank you very much for your answer,
Yes, that´s right, I will implement my custom AT commands, my question is if are there a cluster for interchange the generic bytes streams (to transmit and receive the AT commands) or must I to use a propietary cluster?
Thank you very much.
Kinds Regards
Since AT command is implemented by you, there’s no specific rule needed to follow.
Sincerely, thank you very much for your answer,
but please, could you suggest me which is the best way of implement a byte stream generic interchange with an end device?
Maybe a specific cluster? or propietary cluster? or another thing?
Thank yuo very much. Best regards.
I don’t see this is anything related to specific or proprietary cluster. My only suggestion is that you can refer to ZNP/MT command implementation and implement your own AT command accordingly.
