Wifi interference detection?

Two questions regarding the Wifi interference.

1. Energy detection will scan all channels, I think the time per channel scan is around 0.5s, could we extend this scanning time?

2. Regarding CSMA/CA in MAC layer, channel sense will sense the dB energy level(can check wifi traffic)? or it only sense the busy 802.15.4 traffic(can not check wifi traffic).  I remember we can configure in zstack?
