I have some LQI and mesh network related questions.
The first one is about on what the LQI actually refers to. If a packet uses multiple hops inside a network to reach the coordinator, what LQI is in that frame? Only the ”last" transmission, meaning the LQI only describes the link quality of the link between the coordinator and the last node which was relaying that packet? Or does the LQI stand for the hole way through the network?
My second question is connected to that. Is there any way to know from a incoming frame where it actually came from? I don't mean the source of the packet but the last sender. Or in other words, is it possible to know if the received frame was a direct frame or did it use hops through the network? And if it used hops, is there a way to find out how many and possible which hops where used?
