Device leaving network automatically.

Hi,

I am trying to add an occupancy sensor but in less then a minute after it gets added i get ZDO_LEAVE_IND from the device. All the cluster IDs for the device is handled properly. I am not quite able to figure out what is causing the device to leave the network. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
