Range Extender (CC2530USB) and CBKE

I'm developing a Range Extender (SE) using a custom board with an CC2530USB.

My issue is how I can configure Certicom Keys into my device. For example, with MSP430 I can use the tool FET-Pro430, is there a tool like this for CC2530USB?
