Is there a sample configuration file tor using the launch kit to run wake up on RF then directly run either transmit or receive in ZigBee mode?

Hi Ben,

You can use Z-Tool (included in the SIMPLELINK-CC13X2-26X2-SDK) or create a python script based on MT commands to control a Zigbee node with ZNP firmware. Please further explain your use case if this does not fit your application needs and reference the Z-Stack User's Guide for more information.
