I want to test the S11 of CC2530+CC2592 RF TX and RX chain.

Use SmartRF Studio 7 to set TX or RX mode for CC2530+CC2592, how to confirm if CC2592 is working at a right mode (TX=PA mode, RX=LNA mode) ?

Connection status:

CC2530 P1.1 connect to CC2592 PA_EN

CC2530 P1.3 connect to CC2592 LNA_EN

CC2530 P0.7 connect to CC2592 HGM

Hi Liang,

Please refer to CC2530-CC2592EM-RD and SWRA465. You should be able to notice improved RSSI between two boards of similar distance, or more range before the PER begins to increase. Performance would be quite poor if the CC2592 front-end or antenna is not connected correctly. I also recommend using a network or spectrum analyzer if available.
