CC2652P: Does this mean the NV is corrupted?

Part Number: CC2652P
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG

A customer's board hangs after running normally for some time, and resetting is not working. Reading the flash memory out, it can be found that one NV page is in the state of PGXSRC and another is PGXDST. The customer is using 3 pages of NV, and the other page state is PGACT.

Does the page state represents that the NV has corrupted somehow and could not recover? Please find the read out flash as attached, the device is CC2652P7, so the 3 NV pages are at 0xA8000, 0xAA000 and 0xAC000 repectively.
