Which example do you run as Zigbee devices? By the way, most of Zigbee device would use channel 11 so maybe you can sniff channel 11 to see if there is any packet.

I need to get zigbee on/off , dimmer, curtain modules .

What is your coordinator? Do you use Ztool+ZNP to act as coordinator to form Zigbee network?

coordinator is CC2531. Yes i use Z Tool + ZNP to act as coordinator

Do you use Zigbee 3.0? If so, you can refer to steps in https://sunmaysky.blogspot.com/2017/02/use-ztool-z-stack-30-znp-to-set-up.html to setup coordinator to work on channel 13 and use sniffer to check packet in channel 13 at the same time.
