CC2533: CC2534: rf4ce lprf server question

Part Number: CC2533
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REMOTI

Is the below version of lprf server the official version from TI?
https://github.com/TI-LPRF-Software/RemoTI-Linux

If not could you share the link/procedure to get the latest release from TI?
We are using an an almost identical source received from TI few years back and are facing frequent synch timeout and fcs errors in UART. We would like to know if there is a fix available for the issue.

Thanks,
Arun

  • Hello Arun,

The linked GitHub resource is the Texas Instruments RF4CE application example for a Linux host using a CC253x RNP.  It is provided for demonstration/evaluation purposes and is not intended is an official solution or product.  RemoTI resources have not been updated in several years as TI has discontinued further development with the RF4CE protocol.  Therefore resources are still available but no support can be given for issues discovered.

    Regards,
    Ryan
