CC2650EMK: How reboot only Z-stack programm?

Hi,

I've  Zigbee end devices ( CC2650) developed  based on Z Stack 1.2.2HA  which communicate with coordinator CC2538 .

I know how to reboot App and Z-stack. eg. using Watchdog Timer, using SystemReset() Macro.
I don't know how reboot only Z-stack program.

What's the best way to reboot only Z-stack?

Any help would be appreciated .
