Hi the current module CC2530,CC2592 are having VQFN Packages .Is there any other Smaller packages other than this one and also is there any other module with the same specs with smaller packages kindly suggest if there are any

Hi Narender,

We do not have an IC can provide 20 dBm of output in a package size smaller than a 7x7mm which is what this device is and unfortunately using range extenders are limited to the CC25XX devices.
