Hi Aishwarya,
You can refer to the Zigbee PRO R21/2017 Specification. If you use packet sniffer software such as Wireshark and Ubiqua then these will be capable of decoding Zigbee packets for you. This is not a feature which is enabled in Smart RF Studio 7.
