Do you mean CC2531EMK? If so, it is not. Why would you want to use CC2531 woth CC2519 together?

Yes i want to use CC2531EMK with CC2530ZNP Mini Development Kit. Not with CC2519. I already have CC2530ZNP mini and i want to use it with mobile devices. And i decided to use with CC2531EMK. Can i learn your advices about this?

If you want make CC2531 act as coordinator and CC2530 ZNP act as Zigbee device, it should be no problem.
