I have a cc2531 usb dongle, I have cc debugger to program it. I need to connect one cc2531 to msp430 to transmit serially. And other cc2531 is connected to a laptop as a receiver to display whatever is sent from msp430.

Can you please suggest me what program should I dump into the 2 cc2531 modules? I need to configure p0.3 as RX and p0.4 as

Sine you have to config P0.3 and P0.4, you have to revise and rebuild ZNP project.

Actually I am new to Cc2531 family. Can u please share the hex files required?

And normally in given library examples which pins are used as RX and TX?

Please refer to CC253x/4x User's Guide. You will see the UART0 RX is P0.2 and TX is P0.3. Basically, I don't use UART on CC2531 so I have hex file to share with you.

Can I use RF_modem hex file from library examples.. Or as a simple hid??

If you want to use CC2531 running Zigbee protocol, you have to use ZNP.

Do u mean I should write a separate program in iar embedded workbench for 8051..
If yes, then please send some reference program to refer to write a code for it.

For a beginner, I would suggest you download Z-Stack and install it. There are lots of documents inside and I suggest you study them first.
