Flashing CC2650 on SensorTag

Hello,

I have noticed that the recently released CC2650 port for Contiki contains source code which mentions the SensorTag. From what I have found on the SensorTag so far, however, I have not found any way to actually flash the CC2650 on the board.

Is flashing the CC2650 on the SensorTag possible and if so is there any documentation which describes how to do it?

Billy,

That is pretty straight forward. Open up the SensorTag development kit to expose the circuit board. On the side of the circuit board with the battery are two small connectors. One is a specialized connector for making addon cards and stuff, but the other little connector is a standard 10pin JTAG connector.

Take a normal SmartRF06 development kit and connect the SensorTag to it and start programming.

Z-Stack Home 1.2.2 supports CC2650 Sensor Tag platform
please download and install the Z-Stack Home 1.2.2 SDK from www.ti.com/tool/z-stack.
In C:\ti\simplelink\zstack_home_1_02_02_42930\Documents folder of your install, please check Z-Stack Home Sample Application User's Guide.pdf document, which contains a pictorial description of how the sensor tag can be flashed (section 2.2.4).
