You have to use NV IDs that Z-Stack doesn't use.

Sorry Yikai, I didn't explain well. I refer to a cycle limit (how many times I can read/write) like with CC2531

It's 20,000 erase cycles supported per CC2538 flash page.

One thing more, as I supposed, we can make "infinite" reads (osal_nv_read), is it correct?

Yes, it should be no problem to do infinite" reads (osal_nv_read).
