I attach CC2650SensorTag_ZigBee_All_v1_01.hex for you and you can use Flash Programmer 2 to download it to your SensorTag. To join 200 tags to a Zigbee network, you would need at least one ZC and several ZRs. You can also refer to Breaking the 400-Node ZigBee Network Barrier TI's ZigBee SoC & Z-Stack Software.

Dear Sir 

I have tried with the hex file which you have given to me but It's not working. When I am flashing to SensorTag I am getting RED LED is glowing. Please help me. 

And I don't know how to make ZC and ZR to SensorTag, help me regarding this also. If you provide step step procedure to make ZC and ZR that will be great help. We will be highly grateful to you and we can go for purchasing of 400 SensorTag.

The hex file is to run SensorTag as Zigbee end device only. As I replied, you need to have coordinator and routers in your system. For coordinator and router, I would suggest you to use CC2530, CC2531, or CC2538. You can refer to sunmaysky.blogspot.tw/.../setup-zigbee-ha-coordinator-with-ti.html which shows how to setup Zigbee HA coordinator with TI Ztool and CC2531 USB dongle and use CC2650 SensorTag as Zigbee end device to join coordinator.

Thank you very much for your reply. We got information from some portal to dump .hex file, we followed those instructions and they mentioned that red LED glow is indication for not working. After dumping .hex file which you have sent to us, RED led is glowing, what it is actually indicates. Kindly reply to us.

I am pretty sure the hex file would work. Do you setup coordinator to let it join?

No Sir. But When I am flashing BLE .hex file it is working means GREEN LED is blinking and there is no bluetooth device nearby.

You have to setup Zigbee coordinator first. SensorTag as Zigbee end device cannot work alone.

Is this RED LED fine? Should I go ahead to buy CC2531 USB Dongle to make coordinator?

Yes, the red led blinking should mean Zigbee is sending beacon requests to join Zigbee network. Except buying CC2531 USB dongle, you also need to buy CC debugger to download program CC2531 USB dongle.

Yes, XBee can act as coordinator. However, I am not familiar with Xbee module so cannot help much. You can install Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a and there are prebuilt ZNP FW for CC2531 USB dongle.

The ZNP hex file for CC2531 is available after you download and install Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a. You would need CC Debugger to program CC2531 which you can refer to www.ti.com/.../swru197h.pdf

My CC Debugger light is not getting Green and I am unable to detect CC Debugger in SmartRF Flash Programmer. My Laptop Detecting CC Debugger.

Make sure your cable between CC Debugger and CC2531 dongle is connected correctly.

Now I am detecting CC2531 and CC Debugger on my Laptop with Green LED and I have installed Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a. But I am unable to find out CC2531ZNP-Pro-Secure_LinkKeyJoin.hex file and i am unable to detect CC Debugger and CC2531 by Z-tool. I have no idea how to dump this file CC2531ZNP-Pro-Secure_LinkKeyJoin.hex if i will find. Please tell me any other method to dump this file to CC2531.

You can find CC2531ZNP-Pro-Secure_LinkKeyJoin.hex under C:\Texas Instruments\Z-Stack Home 1.2.2.42930\Projects\zstack\ZAP\ZNP-HexFiles\CC2531.

Yes I downloaded this and installed also. There is a hex file ZigBee all. I downloaded this file to sensor tag also so that it can work as end device . But it is not working only red led is glowing continuously.

You can find SensorTag example in Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a installation folder and use IAR EWARM to build it and download it to your SensorTag.

Since last 4 months i am trying to convert TI Sensor Tag BLE mode to ZigBee. I tried almost every thing. I need only two Hex files. One for end device (SensorTag CC2650) and one for coordinator(CC2531). I have tried two hex file provided by you. But it is not working. Please help me so that I can fix it.

I attach SensorTag.zip which contains SensorTag.hex and ZStackCoreEndDevice.hex and you can download it to your CC2650STK using Flash programmer 2 and CC-DEVPACK-DEBUGGER. After you download it, try to press SW1 on SensorTag and you should see red led blinking which means it is searching for Zigbee network to join. I just test these hex files and they works on my SensorTag well.

I checked my sensor tag with these files. Now Red Led is glowing and then going off. Then by pressing SW1 or restarting nothing happening. No LED glowing. It seems it is dead.

For CC2531 I need to do any changes? Can u give me your coordinator file? and how to see if sensor tag is sending any data and CC2531 is receiving any thing?

I suspect your batter is low. Can you replace a new battery and test again? If your SensorTag doesn't join any Zigbee network, it should keep blinking red led. I attach CC2531ZNP-Pro-Secure_LinkKeyJoin.hex for CC2531 USB dongle. You should use Ubiqua Packet Analyzer to see over the air messages and check what happens.

Yes Sir. you were right. Battery was dead. Now I am using new sensor tag. for this LED is not blinking. RED LED glowing continuously. Is there any problem?

You say this LED is not blinking but you also say REF LED glowing continuously? Do you mean RED LED keep turning on?

I mean RED LED is continuously glowing its not blinking like GREEN LED in case of BLE. Is this fine?

It should blink. If not, please erase Flash of your SensorTag and download FW to test again.

Yes. Great, It is blinking now. Now, I hope, one last thing Sir, How to see that it is get connected with coordinator CC2531 and sending data what should I used? Ubiqua Packet Analyzer is not getting installed in my laptop. Is there in any other method.

If SensorTag joins coordinator, RED LED would stop blinking and Green LED would blink several times.

Ohh.. It means something is remaining. In cc2531 I downloaded CC2531ZNP-Pro-Secure_LinkKeyJoin.hex. Should I do something else? Setting or permission kind of thing? My coordinator(CC2531)'s Green LED is getting off after few some times. and Sensor tag is keep on blinking.
