Other Parts Discussed in Thread: Z-STACK, CC2650
Greetings All,
I was trying to flash SampleDoorLock example-from Z-stack Home 1.2.2a- to the CC2650EM, so I found that I should use IAR EWARM 7.4. I tried the v7.4 but a message pops up saying "the project file C\ti\... was created by a newer version of the product and can not be opened". So I tried to use 7.7 and it complied correctly I suppose but I didn't try to flash it and test it (just compilation).
Q1) Is there any problem if I chose to compile with a newer version of IAR than that mentioned for any MCU (for example CC2650) ?
Q2) So is there anything that I am missing here that concluded that it didn't work with 7.4 and worked with 7.7 ??
