You can use LAUNCHXL-CC1310 as sniffer HW. The steps are similar to those in sunmaysky.blogspot.jp/.../how-to-use-cc2650dk-cc2650-launchpad-or.html

Download it to your LAUNCHXL-CC1310 and follow the steps in sunmaysky.blogspot.jp/.../how-to-setup-contiki-sniffer-for.html to run wireshark sniffer.
