I have only 2 Smart RF boards and 10 CC2538EM nodes, As right now i am unable to see COM port Teraterm Output without RF Board Connection.

As i connect CC2538EM direct to PC, It dectect as CC2538 System-On-Chip but unable to install driver.

I want cc2538EM to connect to COM ports without RF modules.

Please provide solution.

You can download cc2538 foundation firmware from www.ti.com/.../cc2538-sw and there is usb example in it.

Thanks YiKai Chen,

I downloaded Foundation Firmware file, In foundation folder i found 2 types of usb com port drivers.

Can u suggest which one should i choose.

1. swrc271a\cc2538_foundation_firmware_1_0_1_0\drivers\signed\ccxxxx_usb_cdc

2. swrc271a\cc2538_foundation_firmware_1_0_1_0\drivers\unsigned\usb_cdc_driver_cc2538

FYI:- I am using different contiki examples like unicast, broadcast, rime, sniffer, so i need to connect that installed CC2538EM to windows COM port to view UART debug Statements.
