Yes, it should be since Z-Stack 3.0 is Zigbee 3.0 certified platform.

Hi Susan,

Z-Stack 3.0 does have the Green Power Proxy feature as defined by the Zigbee 3.0 specification and it has been tested against the Zigbee Alliance's Green Power test harness.
