what does NWK_MAX_DEVICE_LIST = 10 excatly mean?

does it mean that coordinator just can connect up to 10 device and have just 10 device registered in its memory?

please explain

It means this ZC or ZR can only have at most 10 devices connected directly to it.

So I can have network of 100 device in this configuration right?

If you can set NWK_MAX_DEVICE_LIST = 100, it is no problem.

When I have this configuration my coordinator can connected to 10 device right?
If that 10 device is router with same config as coordinator , will they able to have 10 device connected to them?
With this config on all devices can I have mesh network of 100 device?
