I have find some issues in UARTCC26XX.c, and I have fixed it. But these fixing is not work in my code.

Refer to e2e.ti.com/.../2707406 which you are already engaged, there is UART issue on this SDK and it's scheduled to be fixed in 4Q SDK (2.40) release.

In Double UART hardware, functions threadSafeStdbyDisSet and threadSafeStdbyDisRelease will make some conflicting.

- Could you list how you have fixed them?
- Could you list what you have done for testing to find out that these fixes does not work?
