Try latest Flash Programmer 2 to see if it works.

Agree with YK. Try mass erase in flash programmer 2. Do you know if you have modified the CCFG section of the device?

Click upper right corner "CC26xx/CC13xx Forced Mass Erase" Flash Programmer 2 1.8.0 and successful,but CC2652R still could not erase or read IEEE power up again.

Uniflash Loading Image,but program crashed and caused CC2652R locked,I've had this problem at least three times,I have to replace new CC2652R MCU.
Is there have a CLI(command line interface) erase tool for CC26xx/CC13xx SimpleLink like ArmProgConsole.exe for CC2538? CC2538 uses this tool every time it encounters a similar problem.

By crash I assume that you mean the error message you have in your first post?

Flash Programmer 2 has a CLI, see the help for details.

I have been resolve this problem with XDS100 V3 emulator + SmartRF Programmer 1.8.0.

Only need click upper right corner "CC26xx/CC13xx Force Mass Erase"

By the way,XDS200 emulator is not suitable to resolve this problem.
