When I try to upload any hex file to CC2538 CC2592, it fails. error message is
>Connecting over serial bootloader failed: No response from device. Device may not be in bootloader mode. Reset device and try again.
>If problem persists, check connection and baud rate.
>Failed to create device object.
I have installed CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers for Windows 10 Universal (v10.1.7).
Kindly give me solution to upload hex file.
