I am using CC2530+CC2591 for Zigbee 2.0 profile. How easy is to move 2.0 to 3.0 , with keeping same chipset ?

I suppose you are asking porting from Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a to Z-Stack 3.0.2. It’s SW job only.

Yes, it is Zigbee 2.0 without PRO feature. I don't have idea about the stack version. whether CC2530+CC2591 combination is compatible for Zigbee 3.0 stack ? h

Yes, Z-Stack 3.0.x can run on CC2530+CC2591.
