CC2538: If 100 ZED online,appeared emergency situations,ZC should deal with it?

If there is alarm sent from your device, I would suggest you to use APS ack to confirm delivering. If device doesn't get APS ack with critical alarm signal, it's your application that shall do retry to send alarm again. For interference, Zigbee support frequency agility so it ZC need to switch channel, ZED shall rejoin by scanning the channel. However, ZC needs to notify ZR before switching channel otherwise ZR won't switch to new channel.

I do not understand your questions, you may need to clarify.  The feedback I can provide at the moment is as such:

1. maxCsmaBackoffs, minBe, and maxBe default values are configured in the mac_pib.c but throughput is standard 250 kbit/s per Zigbee protocol.  If network flooding occurs then you will need to detect and handle it inside your ZC application accordingly.
2. As YK mentioned you could implement APS ACKs to confirm packet reception and implement a network manager to detect and resolve channel interference.  Please reference the Z-Stack 3.0 Developer's guide for more information regarding either of these.

Yes，I understand what you said, I can use the API[afDataConfirm( uint8 endPoint, uint8 transID, ZStatus_t status )] and case AF_DATA_CONFIRM_CMD 

        deal with the emergency situations as a APS confirm. 

        And if the ZED had no another abnormal situation and no ack: ZC can use the Macro definition deal with this？

Inside my cognition:the ZC on the fixed panid and open the network, the ZED[Configuration file set it 0xFFF],the ZED should not join the fixed panid network.

So if you are right,my point is a mistake.
