Hi TI Support Team,

I am having an issue wherein when I am using zigbee client sw example, and then I pressed the reset button, it seems to be the loaded program gets cleared or hang or gets aborted on its process? I have concluded this because as I have pressed the reset button, it became unresponsive in the putty terminal.

Would anyone point me what seems to be the problem? Or does anyone also experienced this issue?

Make sure you also download BIM into your CC1352R.

Hi Jonathan,

I agree with YK, the off-chip BIM must be loaded alongside your application using Uniflash. Which SDK version are you using? Please refer to the OTA section of the Z-Stack User's Guide: http://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=ANbR0LtTwkMnDCiEhygF7A__pTTHBmu__LATEST
