CC1352P: ZNP - Z-Stack Linux Gateway - CC1352 radio off?

Part Number: CC1352P
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: Z-STACK, CC1352R

Hi,

We have a rare but very unpleasant problem with a system based on CC1352 and Z-Stack Linux gateway.

It happens that all z-stack server processes appear to operate normally and in tog there is normal communication with the module without indicating any serial communication errors. However, there is just no traffic at all on the air interface. There is no communication at all between the coordinator and the end devices and it is not possible to add new devices, it just looks as if RX or TX were off.

A restart and even a hard reset do not change the situation at all. The only thing which works is changing channel (in this case from 11 o 12). Communication will then restart normally, and everything will work.

At least as we know, the problem only happens at one customer's site but - over time - with two different systems (so unlikely a hardware issue).

From the server logs attached, can you see anything strange which may help us understanding what is going wrong? So far we have never had serious interference issues, but is there anything that you suggest to check for at the customer's site what may trigger this behvior at radio level?

Regards
Peter
