CC2520: VCC periodically powers down

Part Number: CC2520

Dear team,

The customer uses the typical circuit of CC2520 application. He could not provide the sch of the board.

1 CC2520 is used to make a wireless temperature measurement module. The temperature measurement has been used for many years, and no faults caused by the bad CC2520 chip have been found;

2 Recently, the temperature measurement module that his company produced and tested normally was abnormal when it was tested on the customer site. The faulty temperature measurement module was returned to his company for inspection, and it was finally judged that the CC2520 chip was damaged.

Replace the "good" CC2520 chip on the module and it can work normally. Replace the removed "bad" CC2520 back to the module and it can't work normally. The possibility of false soldering is ruled out. There are 4 bad modules in this phenomenon;

Defective rate---0.2%

Please help to analyze what caused the damage. Thanks.
