LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1: Ubiqua2.4.311 can not recognize LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1 and LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R

Hi Team,

The customer is referring to the steps here to use ubiqua,and has been downloaded the corresponding fiirmware sniffer _ fw.hex ,

but none of LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1 and LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R can be recognized(The Divice has been connected to PC).

Ubiqua version：2.4.311

Packet sniffer2 version: 1.9.0 Alpha

Could you help to check it?

Thank you for informing us of this issue, I am also having difficulty getting the sniffer to work using the existing instructions. We have alerted the Ubilogix Team and they are further investigating, please remain patient and we will provide an update as soon as available.
