CC2530 & CC2531: CCS or IAR Workbench for Z Stack?

HI Team,

I am new to Texas instruments. I am using CC2530 AND CC2531 Devices for my zigbee home automation project. 

I want know in which IDE i can able to use  CC2530 &31. I read some post in the forum and I seen some answers that CCS software didn't support the Z stack 3.0.2, so i have this doubt. and i didn't understand how to integrate the z-stack with the IAR also.

and if possible please provide any document  if available, which explains how can i integrate the z-stack with the IAR  Workspace for using cc2530 & 31. if its required to use IAR for this  switch and light operation.
