What is the product status of this chip? TI Store and distributors' stock are finished. When this controller would be dispatched? Should I use this on a new design?

Don't hear CC1352R will be EOL. It should just be out of stock because of global shortage of SOC in semiconductor industry.

This product is in full production. The stock in TI store and elsewhere will be limited at times due to high demand in the market. You can start the development using Launchpads and make your custom boards when you get hold of samples.

Were CC1352R produced in Chengdu Factory? Chengdu factory is safe from covid 19

We can't comment on where we produce the chips but we have more than one source for most of them. It's not a question about a fab is covid free, it's a question about a lot higher demand in general than it's possible to ramp to short term.
